What is IMMORTAL?
Does anyone really know where the spirit goes? What we do know is that our memories remain in the hearts and minds of the people we touch in our daily lives. As well as the saying goes, “dust you are and dust you will return,” the resurrection of our earthly body happens in the many different forms we are recreated as long after we disintegrate.
IMMORTAL by Jason Gogo is the result of over a decade of phylisophical, scientific and artistic exploration to find a sound and complete style of painting that would be a true recreation of what remains of the person and the memories of that person. In its completed form, combined with the viewer’s imagination and memories, IMMORTAL paintings take on a personality very much like we do, growing and changing throughout time.
Immortal paintings are a special timeless way of creating immortality of the one we love after they are gone. As a fanily heirloom that is passed on through generations, these art pieces can be created as a single piece of any size, or as diptych, triptych or mutliple pieces that represent couples, or entire families. Each painting feaatures a gold plated memoriam with your own text, and a certificate of authenticity signed and dated by the artist.
